You can customize the text and language used in your survey to change it to a language other than English, or just to change the English text that is used by default.
Here’s how easy it is to set up a language pack to customize your survey text. Click on Language Packs from the top of your dashboard:
Next, click on the big blue Create a new… dropdown and select Survey Pack:
First, give your language pack a name. Then, enter the new text in each dialog box:
When you’re done editing, be sure to click on the blue, Save Pack button on the bottom right-hand of the screen:
Next, let’s attach the Language Pack to a survey. To do do, hover over the title of survey in your dashboard and click Edit:
Next, on the survey editing screen, scroll down toward the bottom to see the survey options. Under Language Customization, click on the dropdown to select your new language pack:
Now, click on the blue Save button for your changes to take effect:
Here’s the new survey language pack in action, as seen by a direct link to the survey:
Deleting, Editing, or Previewing A Language Pack
Click on Language Packs at the top of your dashboard to see a list of your language packs. Click the Delete button next to the pack you want to delete. Click the Edit button next to the pack you want to edit. Click on Preview to see the language pack in action on your survey:
