Copying a previous survey is literally as easy as 1-2-3.
Hover over the title of your survey in your dashboard to reveal the contextual Actions menu. On the Actions submenu, choose Copy:
You’ll be taken to a page to give your new copy a name. Be sure to change the permalink, and click on the small Save button so that you can tell it apart from the first survey:
Finally, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Save & Add Questions button:
