The Actions dropdown allows you to Open, Close, Star, Unstar, or Trash content on the fly, be it an individual piece of content or multiples pieces of content:
Simply select the content category you’d like to work with. If you want to select multiple types of content, select All Contents:
Select the content you’d like to act on by clicking on the checkbox next to each piece of content. Next, click on the Actions dropdown to Open, Close, Star, Unstar, or Trash content.
Opening a piece of content means that it can accept responses, such as survey or quiz responses. Closing content means that it will no longer accept responses. Starring content makes it easier to find content that you’re working on.
