The Actions dropdown allows you to Open, Close, Star, Unstar, or Trash content on the fly, be it an individual piece of content or multiples pieces of content:
Simply select the content category you’d like to work with. If you want to select multiple types of content, select All Contents:
Select the content you’d like to act on by clicking on the checkbox next to each piece of content. Next, click on the Actions dropdown to Open, Close, Star, Unstar, or Trash content.
Opening a piece of content means that it can accept responses, such as survey or quiz responses. Closing content means that it will no longer accept responses. Starring content makes it easier to find content that you’re working on.
Here we’ve selected multiple pieces of content that we want to be able to find easily. With just one click, we can star them all:
Here’s the result. I’m seeing stars!
Note, you can find any Starred content easily. Simply click on the Starred folder in your folders list:

The new dashboard makes it much easier to Trash content, and also to easily find trashed content, should you wish to restore it.

To see any content in the Trash, click on the Trash folder in your folders list:
You’ll see the most recent piece of content you placed in the Trash:
